Scientific storage of Grain: Need for Safe Storage: Storage of food is an enormous task. It involves a whole range of activities and precautions. The storage system should be reasonably safe to prevent damage during storage.
Damage during Storage: A scientific method of food storage has to consider all those factors which cause food to perish (spoil), and to apply measures to stem the damage.
